Exit Lavista Road and make a right. Make a left at the first light: Northlake Pkwy. Turn into the plaza on your left called Northlake Quadrangle (you’ll see a restaurant in the plaza on the far end called Old Hickory House). Come around to the back side of the building, and look for Suite 353 (in orange letters on the window). It’s the second business from the left on the bottom level.
If traveling south on I-285:
Exit Northlake Pkwy and make a left to come across the bridge. As the street comes to an end, curve to your right. Then look for the Old Hickory House restaurant on your right, and pull into that parking lot--the name of the plaza is Northlake Quadrangle. Drive around to the back side of the building, and look for Suite 353 (in orange letters on the window). It’s the second business from the left on the bottom level.
